At the Idaho Army National Guard, I led the design and development of both digital and print promotional materials to support statewide recruiting efforts. My work included creating brochures, posters, business cards, t-shirts, and stickers to meet the needs of over 40 recruiters. I also managed and executed social media strategies that boosted engagement and brand awareness, built partnerships with external organizations, and played a key role in planning, promoting, and hosting recruitment events.
